Jordan has been on his own healing and self-development journey since 2012, over a decade of working with various therapists/organisations using different methods of counselling and psychotherapy that has helped him overcome his own struggles. Jordan has run his own fashion business and now heads up a successful e-commerce team, he is also a devoted husband, dad of 3 girls and a dog! Area team leader at a homeless shelter in Birmingham, on the advisory board for Changes UK and hosts his own mental health support group (Brum Circle) in Birmingham.

Over a decade ago I began a deep internal journey which changed the course of my life for  the better. Divorce and being a single parent wasn’t the dream I envisaged for myself or my  children. Despite every conscious effort to not repeat generational patterns, here I was repeating them.  I began my own inner work with an innocent naivety of the wounds I held. I  had to learn and overcome what I was now seeing and feeling for the first time. During that  time, I qualified as a psychotherapist. This was driven by my own painful experiences of an  absent father, addiction within my family and my passion to help bring healing to people  who have been through and lived in traumatic & stressful situations in their lives. Along with  a desire to help them live a more meaningful, empowered and connected life I made this  career choice. I am dedicated to doing deep inner work which I believe starts in the privacy  of our own hearts and ripples out into the world if we allow it too. 

Kate Rawding

I am a writer of fantasy novels and have written three novels and many shorts. I am currently finishing the trilogy in ‘The Unlikely Rescuers series.’
Art is also a passion, although not the next van Gogh, I adore creative expression and as a tarot card reader I have a special connection with oracle cards, so much so I have created my own pack with graphic designer Shelden Carroll, which are currently in the process o f being printed. I also read stones!
