/>Over a decade ago I began a deep internal journey which changed the course of my life for the better. Divorce and being a single parent wasn’t the dream I envisaged for myself or my children. Despite every conscious effort to not repeat generational patterns, here I was repeating them. I began my own inner work with an innocent naivety of the wounds I held. I had to learn and overcome what I was now seeing and feeling for the first time. During that time, I qualified as a psychotherapist. This was driven by my own painful experiences of an absent father, addiction within my family and my passion to help bring healing to people who have been through and lived in traumatic & stressful situations in their lives. Along with a desire to help them live a more meaningful, empowered and connected life I made this career choice. I am dedicated to doing deep inner work which I believe starts in the privacy of our own hearts and ripples out into the world if we allow it too.
I’ve had many roles and positions over the years, being a mum to 3 boys is one of them and learning to navigate the needs of an ADHD child has been challenging.

With a longing to feel an authentic connection with women I set up a women’s circle many years ago called ‘The Red Tent’. I am committed to this group and believe in the importance of this space for all women. My healing and growth continues to take place alongside these women every time we gather. I facilitate women’s workshops, also delivering sessions tailored to my clients. Working with cacao, breathwork, ecstatic dance, womb healing, and my private counselling practice. I counsel from a combination of perspectives that included transpersonal, somatic, family systems, person cantered, gestalt, attachment, emotionally focused and trauma informed orientations.
